Civilianized WAVES Jacket

Vintage WWII white US Navy WAVES jacket that has been civilianized.

White Navy WAVES summer uniform jacket that has been modified after the war (probably by the WAVE herself). The collar has been redone and the chest pocket flaps removed. The inner pockets are sewn shut. The cuffs look like they have been taken out a bit. The buttons were replaced with green buttons (held in place by cotter pins). 

AS-IS condition with a lot of wear. There are a lot of light stains throughout (they are almost too light to show up in the photos). You can see residue from where the rank patch was sewn onto the sleeve. Some small holes on the sleeves and on the shoulders. Discoloration on the shoulders and down the sleeves. Some pulls in the material.
