Description
Original German clothing whip, used to beat mud and dirt off of wool uniforms. No, its not an implement of cruelty or some kinky fantasy item, this was the official means of "washing" wool. Let the mud dry and then beat the dirt off. This one is in fairly good condition. I do think the leather might start to give out if used.
