    Original WWII USMCWR Marines Corps Women's Reserve summer seersucker uniform, jacket and skirt.

    JACKET:
    Bust - 39"
    Waist - 34"
    Length - 25 1/4"
    SKIRT:
    Waist - 29"
    Hips - 40"
    Length - 27"


    The skirt is named to Thelma Conti. The jacket is not named. The collar has screwback USMC EGA insignia and the buttons are held on with cotter pins. The jacket does not have epaulets. The skirt has a rather large hem (almost 4").

     

    Good condition overall. A few small areas of loose seams. The metal skirt zipper has some oxidation. A small speck near the skirt waistband. Some rust staining on the inside of the jacket (not visible when worn). The sewn-in shoulder pads have some wear and need a bit of repair.
