Description: A great collectable canteen. Nice original brownish cover with good snaps and only one small moth hole on the back. Bottle marked ccj 41 and is undented. It has an original black aluminum cup in decent shape there is scratching and a few very minor dents along the normal wear points. The pig skin strap is in fantastic condition and shows very little or no use. The bakelite cap is chipped but the chip is small and has no effect on the function. I have not buckled the strap to save it the wear. Altogether this is a very solid canteen and belongs in a collection.
